Centering Postpartum | April 8, 2025

This webinar brings Centering sites together to examine how the Centering model can support patients, families and care teams throughout the fourth trimester. This webinar explores the postpartum period as a critical window for improving maternal health, strengthening continuity of care and addressing disparities in outcomes. Participants will hear examples of postpartum approaches within Centering, including anticipatory guidance, early return to care, postpartum group visits, maternal mental health support, pregnancy-to-parenting transitions and lactation support. The session also highlights opportunities for peer learning, discussion and practical next steps sites can consider as they expand postpartum support.
